Previously, I posted an Excel template for your Vehicle Service record, since posting that I have updated and added to it.
Now, it still has the same idea behind it, to keep up with your maintenance, but now it also has a separate sheet for mileage.
At the top of both pages just fill in basic information about the vehicle, or change it to add your own details, then get started. On both I included demo information to give you an idea of what to do, or how I use it.
The Mileage sheet is a simple layout with just a few fields: Mileage Since Fill, Gallons Added, Total Spent, and Price Per Gallon. Miles Per Gallon is automatically added after adding the mileage since last fill. At the bottom of each page this data is all added up.
